The PAI partners team brings together investment professionals from several European countries who have considerable combined sector experience and in-depth knowledge of the European markets.

The 17 partners of the firm have been with PAI partners for an average of 10 years, focusing exclusively on transactions in the European private equity market. Their diverse professional backgrounds enable PAI partners to bring a multi-disciplinary approach to investing.

PAI is organised around four teams: two sector groups, an Investment Group, notably in charge of structuring and executing the transactions and a Portfolio Performance Group responsible for the optimisation of business performance in portfolio companies. The team is based principally in Paris but PAI partners has teams in Copenhagen, Luxemburg, London, Madrid, Milan and Munich supporting the deal origination and execution in these countries.
